Most Khelv app install problems come down to a handful of causes. Work through these fixes in order; one of them almost always solves it.

1. Allow Installs From This Source
Android blocks APKs by default. When prompted, tap Settings and turn on “Allow from this source” for Chrome or Files, then go back and tap Install.
2. Delete the Old Version First
“App not installed” often means an older Khelv APK with a different signature is on the phone. Uninstall it, then install the new file.
3. Download Again
A “parse error” means the file is incomplete. Delete it from Downloads and download again on stable Wi-Fi.
4. Free Up Storage
Android needs extra free space while installing. Clear 300–500 MB of photos or cache and retry.
5. Play Protect Warning
Play Protect flags apps from outside the Play Store. If the file came from the official Khelv website, tap “Install anyway”. If you are not sure where it came from, do not install it.
6. App Opens Then Closes
- Restart the phone.
- Clear the app cache in Settings → Apps → Khelv.
- Install the latest version from the official site.
7. Use the Website Instead
If your phone still refuses, use the Khelv website in Chrome. Your account, balance and games are the same.
